Kirkintilloch & Kilsyth have invested a great deal in coach education over the past two years and have well qualified coaches in both swimming coaching and swimming teaching.

The club currently have four fully qualified UKCC Level 2 Swimming teacher/coaches and five fully qualified UKCC Level 1 Swimming teacher/coaches.

The club operates a progressive squad system where swimmers of similar ability swim together. Swimmers begin in E Squad and as the swimmers develop their swim skills, progress into training squads and through to the performance squad or to Swim Fit.

Kirkintilloch & Kilsuth ASC is committed to the development of their coaches through education and CPD to ensure that our swimmers receive the best coaching available in the area.
